Purpose and terms of use
This site presents the consulting services of Glexa Consulting, S.L.. Using it is free and makes you a user, who agrees to use the site and its content lawfully.
Intellectual and industrial property
The text, design, logos, images and code of this site belong to Glexa Consulting, S.L. or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without prior written permission, except where the law allows.
Liability
We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site is always available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts that the applicable rules determine, including consumer-protection rules where relevant.

What we process and why
Contact form. Your name and email and, if you give them, business, phone, interests and message, plus the date and the browser you write from. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
Web analytics. Only if you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures in aggregate which pages are visited and how people arrive. We use no advertising signals or ad personalisation. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Form data for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and, if no business relationship follows, up to two years after the last contact. If you become a client, for the periods the law requires (for example, six years for commercial records). Analytics data for the period set in Google Analytics, fourteen months at most.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. These providers process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement: Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting of the site and of the system that receives the form, European Union); Resend, Inc. (sending the notification email, United States); Google Ireland Ltd. (email and, only with your consent, Google Analytics). Transfers to the United States rely on GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@glexaconsulting.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.
Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. We use the minimum:

Technical items need no consent because the site cannot work as you asked without them. Analytics cookies are not set, and Google receives nothing, until you press "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the foot of the home page; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies. You can also delete them in your browser settings.
